Prolific Center was born from an opportunity in the middle of a crisis. On September 12, 2022, Prolific Center opens its doors with its first headquarters in the Executive Trade Center business center, which has a privileged location in the city of Barranquilla. However, the idea arose much earlier, when its founder recognized the relevance of a Prolific Center in the midst of the dramatic situation suffered by the real estate market, such as the rental of offices, in the years 2021 and 2022. At this time the city, and the rest of the country, suffered from the rise of the pandemic brought by COVID-19. Which gave a lot of strength to what we know as “work at home”. However, at Prolific we were very opportune in identifying the need to create spaces that provide solutions for any type of business, and for this reason, we work hard to design the space where different companies can increase their creativity and productivity, be their most prolific. After the country lifted the restrictions that prevented returning to the offices, we identified that the space of these offices as we knew it before had changed. There was an obligation for a renovated space, where the focus was not only on the needs of the company, but also to give importance to the needs of each of its workers and thus increase their performance. What was the main motivation and what later gave life to Prolific Center. Finally, the Executive Trade Center business center had spaces available for the first time in a long time, being one of these where Prolific Center was born.
